She founded the international street theater festival Berlin lacht! in 2004 and served as its managing director and artistic lead until 2024.
As an experienced project manager with over 20 years of expertise in the conception and execution of creative events, she was part of the team behind renowned festivals such as Fête de la Musique and many others. With her exceptional organizational talent and strong network of artists, performers, and technical service providers, she delivers tailor-made projects that meet the highest standards both artistically and logistically.
Doro Kipp
For many years, she worked as a renowned circus consultant, contributing to the development of impressive and artistically sophisticated productions.
She is an experienced talent scout and creative project manager with a strong passion for direction, dramaturgy, and aesthetics. Thanks to her versatile skills in bringing together talents and her creative vision, she succeeds in creating unforgettable shows that captivate audiences with artistic finesse and dramaturgical depth.
